On Saturday, April 28, 2018, we will be hosting our 1st Annual Community Homecoming Event – bring the kids, with live music featuring The Front Porch Pickers, wine & beer tasting (fee – must be 21 or over), photo booth, silent auction, serving a light dinner – free will donation, guest speaker and presentation of Outstanding Volunteer Service Awards, at the Scribner Mohr Auditorium.
We anticipate approximately 300+ guests at this event and all the funds raised at the silent auction will go back to the surrounding communities for future projects – one dream at a time!
To make this event as exciting as we hope, we will need your help. Please consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange, you will receive some excellent community exposure. Your company name, address, phone number and donation will be listed in the banquet booklet that we will give to our attendees. We would be happy to provide our Tax ID number upon your request.
We will gladly pick up your donation or you can drop it off at one of the following churches: Redeemer – Hooper, St. John’s Cuming County Line – Scribner, St. Paul – Uehling, United Evangelical – Scribner, St. John’s Ridgeley – Scribner, or; it can be mailed to the address listed below. In order for your item to be included in the banquet booklet, we must receive it by April 15, 2018. Please fill out and return the attached Donation Form.
